Pre Xmas Processing date:    Monday 21st December 2015
Processing Tues 22 Dec    =    Pay Date Wednesday 23rd December 2015
New Year Processing date:    Monday 4th January 2016
Processing  Tuesday 05 Jan  = Pay Date Wednesday 6th January 2016

Should your account be dependent on rental income received, you
are advised to leave adequate funds available during this period to service your account

The Winter Season is a time when our weather conditions can promote problems with regard to property maintenance.  Listed below are issues that may need your attention:

? Boilers / Central heating and hot/cold water systems Vacant property systems should be left on a suitable timing programme/frost stat  or be drained down to overcome cold weather/frost periods 
Leaks – roofs, guttering, drains & piping
? Damp to walls / swollen exterior doors & woodwork
? Loft & Cavity Insulation upgrading
? Tree Pruning or Felling / Fencing

We will advise you of any maintenance issues as early as possible - in order that small problems do not become emergencies - which is for the benefit of the upkeep of your property (your investment), as well as your responsibility as a Landlord.  Also we recommend that you check that you have adequate buildings insurance cover and that your policies are up to date.


Contact the office if you wish our contractors to carry out any remedial works on your behalf
