Coronavirus Update We're sure that you have your own concerns about how this will affect you and your business but we just wanted to let you know that we're making sure we've got things covered here and have contingency plans in place should the situation worsen.

Sue and Peter are both self isolating at home following their return from a foreign holiday at the weekend, as a small business this has a huge impact on us and I ask that you bear with us during this difficult period, we have cancelled property inspections for the time being but we are still carrying out property viewings.

We have the systems and processes in place to enable us to work remotely if possible,  but for the time being the office is open with both myself and Anne here, please be patient if it is we can’t answer the phone straight away and if we don’t respond to your emails as quickly and as efficiently as normal

If the decision is made that we will work from home the telephone lines won’t be accessible and all communications will need to be via email, if this is to happen we will provide as much notice as possible

For the time being Property Maintenance isn’t affected but if we have to work from home we will only be able to deal with emergency cases

We are already seeing a number of tenants concerned for making their rent payments, this is undoubtedly going to be an issue for those who are self employed for example. I would ask that you take whatever measures are necessary if you have a mortgage to pay and other expenses on your property to ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account should the rent not be received on time

It's pretty much business as usual for now but we just wanted to let you know that we're making sure we have the most up-to-date plans in place to ensure all of our team and customers are taken care of. In the meantime, if you'd like more information, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Best wishes, Andrea, Anne, Peter & Sue
