ANDREA McCARRICK FNAEA MARLA - DIRECTOR / VALUER
With over 20 years experience in the lettings industry and professionally qualified in her field Andrea set up the Company in 1998. Andrea is responsible for the overall running of the company and the company’s continued growth, marketing and promotion. She remains hands on dealing day to day with all aspects of lettings & management.

Maralyn joined her daughter Andrea at the start of the company coming from a background in Office and Business Management with Estate Agency Experience. Working with Andrea in overseeing the running of the company Maralyns main role is that of Valuer. With an extensive customer service knowledge and a wealth of experience of Residential Lettings Maralyn ensures that the company offers a first class service.
YVETTE BROWN ANAEA - ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Yvette has been working for the company for over 5 years. Professionally qualified in Residential Lettings & Management Yvette is primarily responsible for all Clients accounting and Tenants accounts within A J Properties. Office based Yvette has up to date knowledge of any Property/Landlord/Tenant/Contractor accounts at any given time.
SUZANNE WIESE - MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Suzanne has been employed by A J Properties for over 7 years. Suzannes role throughout this time has covered all aspects of Lettings & Management and now specialises in the day to day management of property maintenance, refurbishments and dealing with deposit dilapidations.
IAN GINNEVER - INVENTORY MANAGER
With over 7 years experience with A J Properties Ians role is to prepare the property ready for occupation by producing the initial inventory. Throughout the tenancies Ian carries out regular property inspections and also completes the final inspections when a tenancy has ended.
SUE HILL - NEW TENANCY MANAGER
Sue is responsible for the processing of all Tenant Applications liaising with Landlords and New Tenants. With a wealth of experience in the property market and extensive local knowledge Sue has the ability to advise new tenants and landlords through the lettings process.
